Seconds of Apples was a blog that explored the intersection of food and memory. I interviewed subjects on their most memorable (not necessarily favorite) childhood meal, and we would recreate it together. I recorded and transcribed interviews, took photos, and sifted out the narrative in each recipe. Select posts are archived here and here.
